Key Responsibilities:- Punctual Attendance: Be present and ready to work on time.
- Client Satisfaction: Deliver an exceptional cleaning experience that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Cleaning Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of various cleaning tools and chemicals, including their applications and safe usage.
- Ongoing Development: Engage in continuous learning opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated on industry advancements.
- Effective Cleaning Methods: Utilize efficient and effective cleaning techniques to optimize productivity and achieve outstanding results.
- Positive Interactions: Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Value Creation: Ensure clients receive maximum value from the services provided.
- Teamwork: Collaborate seamlessly with other cleaning technicians, promoting a cohesive team environment.
- No evening or weekend hours required.
- An attractive salary package, estimated at $45,000 - $55,000 annually based on a 40-hour week.
- Paid time off after 6 months (1 hour for every 33 hours worked).
