Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to work full-time within our skilled nursing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing individualized therapy programs designed to help restore and enhance patients' abilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Providing instruction and guidance to patients and caregivers on necessary skills for maintaining independence
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
Requirements and Qualifications
