About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level engineering support for the development and production of advanced optics components. This includes creating and implementing new manufacturing processes, optimizing existing ones, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. You will also lead process improvement initiatives, investigate and resolve production-related issues, and maintain accurate documentation.

Paid Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
