Employee Experience and Risk Specialist

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a talented Employee Experience and Risk Specialist to join our team at Syndeo. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and mitigating risks within our organization.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing employee engagement strategies, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance on compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will also be responsible for managing time off requests, maintaining personnel documentation, and coordinating the recruitment process. Additionally, you will ensure that all employees receive accurate information about their benefits and job classifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve the overall employee experience
- Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance on compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage time off requests and maintain personnel documentation
- Coordinate the recruitment process and ensure accurate information about benefits and job classifications
- Maintain accuracy with personnel data in our payroll platform
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in HR and Safety Management
- 1+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting talent
- SHRM CP or other HR certification preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
