Job Summary

We strive to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests, and we're looking for a skilled host to help us achieve our goal of making every guest feel welcome and valued.

As a host on our team, you will utilize your exceptional interpersonal skills to assist our servers in providing top-notch service and creating a positive impression of our restaurant's hospitality and high standards.

You will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, thanking them upon leaving, and maintaining professional and hospitable communication throughout their dining experience.

Our hosts play a crucial role in managing the flow of the restaurant, including seating, reservations, and wait lists, and must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to our mission of making every guest feel welcome and valued through teamwork, hospitality, and proactive communication.
  • Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a smile, eye contact, and genuine hospitality.
  • Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, providing accurate wait times as needed.
  • Tend to special guest needs and requests with hospitality and a sense of urgency.
  • Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
  • Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and respond urgently and appropriately to guests' and coworkers' needs.
  • Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms at all times.
