Job Title: Senior Security Operations Center Analyst

About the Role:

The Aspen Group (TAG) is a leading retail healthcare business support organization with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality consumer healthcare experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage activities relating to monitoring and responding to security events.
  2. Work closely with the SOC Manager on the development and oversight of the SOC program and maintaining operational efficiencies.
  3. Receive, triage, and document all security events and alerts as they are received.

Skills & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field.
  2. Required SANS GCIH or GCIA certification.
  3. At least 5+ years of information security monitoring and response or related experience.
  4. Experience working in a 24x7 operational environment, with geographic disparity preferred.
  5. Experience driving measurable improvement in monitoring and response capabilities at scale.
