Gregorys Coffee Specialist
Our coffee specialists are the heartbeat of Gregorys, and we are in search of enthusiastic and motivated individuals who share our passion for specialty coffee and outstanding customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for both your colleagues and customers
  • Crafting specialty coffee and espresso drinks, including latte art (training provided)
  • Baking a variety of delicious scones, muffins, cookies, and pastries daily
  • Upholding food safety and cleanliness standards by completing assigned tasks
  • Embracing a mindset of continuous learning and adaptability

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates must successfully perform each essential duty. The qualifications listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

  • Employees are expected to complete all training materials to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our menu and to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Employees will regularly stand and walk for extended periods, as well as engage in reaching, kneeling, and climbing (stairs to storage areas).
  • Employees may also be required to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs (e.g., coffee bags, milk crates, paper goods).
