Key Responsibilities:

Operation and Programming:

Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines, ATOS 3D Scanners, and Zeiss CT Scanner to achieve accurate measurements of automotive engine components.

Dimensional Assessment:

Employ CMM and other instruments to carry out dimensional assessments of parts, ensuring compliance with product specifications, drawings, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing standards. This encompasses fixture design and setup on measurement devices.

3D Surface Scanning:

Utilize and program ATOS 3D Scanners to gather intricate three-dimensional surface data of components for analysis and comparison against CAD models or reference standards.

Computed Tomography Analysis:

Conduct CT scans to examine internal features, identify defects, and confirm the integrity of complex engine components.

Product Drawing Interpretation:

Demonstrate a strong capability to interpret product drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T requirements to ensure thorough and accurate inspection processes.

Quality Assurance Testing:

Perform a variety of quality assurance tests and evaluations on automotive components, including dimensional assessments, material analysis, surface finish evaluations, and functional testing.

Data Evaluation and Reporting:

Analyze measurement data and inspection results utilizing specialized software tools and prepare comprehensive reports.

Documentation and Traceability:

Maintain thorough records of inspection activities, test outcomes, and quality assurance procedures for traceability and quality assurance purposes.

Collaboration:
