Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at Fletcher Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and services.
  • Conduct regular assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance the quality of care and services provided.
Requirements
  • Current State License as a Registered Nurse.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • LTC/SNF experience preferred.
