Job Title: Social Worker

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team at Winona Senior High School. As a key member of our staff, you will provide support to students, families, and the community, promoting academic success and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with child study teams, school staff, and parents to develop and implement strategies to support student achievement.
  • Provide counseling and guidance to students, addressing social, emotional, and academic challenges.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and resources to support student needs.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will hold a School Social Worker license issued by the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board.
