Key Responsibilities- Coordinate care for residents, ensuring that their needs are met and their preferences are respected.
- Lead and direct nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Develop and implement care plans, working closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure that care is tailored to individual needs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of care.
- Current and active license to practice as an RN in this state.
- Experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism.
- Physical stamina to perform the duties of the position, including standing, walking, and lifting.
