The role we're hiring for is a key part of our product development cycle, supporting the creation and maintenance of sales tools, illustrations, logos, and photos to promote BIOS Lighting and its brands.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain product collateral while adhering to brand guidelines, strategies, and project timelines.
  • Analyze design briefs and ensure all marketing materials meet corporate standards.
  • Retouch and create concept images respecting corporate standards.
  • Develop product illustrations, logos, and documents according to project plans.
  • Present tools to product development and marketing teams as they become available and apply changes accordingly.
  • Review final graphics and layouts to ensure they meet corporate standards and are approved by the marketing team.
  • Ensure accuracy in artwork packaging.
  • Support various Bios Lighting corporate initiatives by creating visual content as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Illustration & Design; Graphic Design or Marketing with a focus on Graphic Design.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe CS products, InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite, editing, photography, and print production.
  • Knowledge of multimedia design and experience building files for both print and digital.
  • Hands-on skills in the latest Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro for dynamic content, overlays, etc.
  • Figma knowledge is an asset.
  • Able to handle multiple projects, remain flexible through revisions, and keep attention to detail.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized.
  • Autonomous, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
