ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is eager to contribute to a supportive educational environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and conduct thorough evaluations and assessments
- Maintain effective communication with educators, psychologists, families, and other stakeholders
- Full-time commitment required
- Manage a diverse caseload ranging from Kindergarten to 12th grade
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education, Special Education, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- National certification as a BCBA
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screening and background check
Interview Process:
- Initial screening call lasting 10-15 minutes with a ProCare recruiter
- Follow-up virtual or in-person interview lasting 20-30 minutes with the school district
- Job offers are typically extended within 24 hours following the interview
