Job SummaryWe are seeking a caring LPN to join our team, who can deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care. The successful candidate will possess an active LPN license in the state of residence, current/active CPR certification, and strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
- Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
- Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
- Possess an active LPN license in the state of residence.
- Current/active CPR certification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
