Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at various post-acute facilities in the area. As an LPN, you will be accountable for following and adhering to resident care plans while maintaining a safe and comfortable facility environment.

Responsibilities include:
• Tracking the wellbeing of residents, both physical and mental, and monitoring their vital signs
• Conducting intakes, documenting health concerns and medical history of residents
• Administering and properly verifying medications and monitoring their effects
• Reviewing residents' charts and medical records
• Assisting with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility environment
• Maintaining appropriate stocks of medical supplies

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess a current Rhode Island state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), completion of an approved LPN educational program, high school graduation or equivalent, and at least 6 months of experience in a similar role. Additionally, you must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
