We are seeking a skilled Remodeling Expert to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for various aspects of home remodeling projects.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

• Assess work sites to determine the scope of remodeling projects.
• Perform carpentry tasks, including installing cabinets, hanging doors, and framing rooms.
• Replace plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, and faucets.
• Hang, repair, and replace drywall as needed.
• Install flooring, including wood floors, carpeting, concrete, and other types.
• Lay tile on floors and walls, place new grout, and repair existing tile.
• Follow all building codes and regulations.
• Make repairs to existing property elements when possible.
• Perform finish work, including installing trim, molding, windows, and other finishes.
• Replace light fixtures and ceiling fans.
• Clean up job sites during and after remodeling work.
