Residential Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Direct Support Staff to join our team at Network Human Services. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Personal Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Habilitation and Socialization: Engage residents in leisure activities, social events, and skill-building exercises to promote personal growth and development.
- Maintenance and Housekeeping: Participate in routine residence maintenance, perform housekeeping tasks, and ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Working Conditions:
- Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Collaborate with other staff members to provide seamless care and support to residents.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
