About the Practice:
Our practice is a thriving physician-owned and physician-led adults only Primary Care practice. We are seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and is looking for a work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to adults in a private practice setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $225k - $250k DOE
- Opportunity for partnership and profit-sharing
- Flexible scheduling with 4 days in the office and 1 day of administrative work from home
- Low call volume with phone-only calls
- Opportunity to see a manageable patient load with an average of 15 patients per day
Requirements:
