Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering and setting up cataract equipment and supplies

  • Troubleshooting and operating equipment in surgery, working well under pressure

  • Providing Vantage services with excellence

  • Tracking and reporting surgical cases and supplies used, with attention to detail and effective communication

  • Maintaining company resources and vehicles, with assistance from the Fleet Administrator

  • Learning, observing, and complying with sterility, facility, and OR protocol

  • Representing Vantage and serving as a customer service liaison

  • Continuously learning, training, and improving throughout your career

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Accountability and commitment

  • Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset

  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail

  • Basic computer skills and a learner's mindset

  • Experience in ophthalmology is a plus, but not required
