Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Team Lead to join our team at Merrick Printing, a leading printing company in the United States.

This role is ideal for an individual with experience in the printing industry and strong communication skills. As a Production Team Lead, you will be responsible for estimating and planning customer print orders, managing orders with internal production teams, and supporting sales with accurate information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and planning customer print orders to ensure timely delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Managing orders with internal production teams to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Supporting sales with accurate information and potential customer interaction to drive sales growth.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Production Team Lead, you should have:

  • Experience in the printing industry, preferably with knowledge of printing processes and technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with printing software and technology, including estimating and order management systems.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
