Minimum Requirements:
- Current dental hygienist license in Michigan and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where applicable).
- Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- A desire to continue learning and advancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care.
- Ability to address clinical needs as required by the office.
Physical Demands:
- Capability to perform essential duties as required by the Office/Doctor with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
