Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Compliance Specialist at Badlands Integrity Group. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our clients remain compliant by collecting the documents required to be uploaded into the requested safety platforms.

As a Compliance Specialist, you will work closely with clients to gather and organize essential compliance documentation. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in helping our clients meet their regulatory compliance requirements and maintain a safe work environment.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of safety programs and how they are utilized to meet the requirements of the safety platforms for each client. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing a training matrix to track client employee training and certifications status.

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who is passionate about making a difference, dependable, able to communicate well, has writing skills, and has training coordination experience.

At Badlands Integrity Group, we value our employees' contributions and offer competitive compensation and benefits. The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
