Position Overview:
Rose International is in search of a Process Improvement Analyst to refine and automate operational workflows within our comprehensive change management framework. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in gathering and converting business requirements into User Stories within an Agile Scrum framework, demonstrating expertise in tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the identification and documentation of business needs through various techniques, translating these into User Stories and measurable acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, UX designers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Lead projects, mentor junior team members, and oversee the successful execution of project deliverables.
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development and review of intricate processes and procedures, including workflow analytics and reporting.
- Provide senior-level consultation and communicate effectively with clients and technology teams regarding business designs and problem-solving strategies.
- Mentor and guide associates to promote knowledge transfer and best practices within the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or Business Systems Analyst (BSA) within an Agile Scrum environment.
- Agile/SAFe certifications and CBAP certification are advantageous.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is essential.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Technical writing experience or similar writing skills.
- Basic understanding of design techniques and principles related to the creation of drawings and models.
