Litigation Attorney

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team as an Insurance Defense Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense litigation, representing clients across various matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in insurance defense litigation cases
• Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis to inform case strategy
• Draft and prepare complex legal documents and correspondence
• Engage in courtroom proceedings to gain valuable trial experience
• Collaborate with a team of seasoned attorneys to achieve optimal outcomes for clients

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of legal experience, preferably in insurance defense litigation
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong focus on client service
• An active Oklahoma law license
