Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for CT scans, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Operate CT scanners and other diagnostic equipment to produce high-quality images.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection protocols.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
- Completion of an accredited radiography program.
- ARRT certification or eligibility in radiography.
- West Virginia state licensure or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Computed Tomography Registration (CT Reg) certification (if hired after 1/1/2019).
