Facility Maintenance Specialist

The Facility Cleaner provides essential cleaning and upkeep services to maintain a clean and safe environment within the distribution center. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow cleaning protocols, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors
- Ensure all areas meet health and safety standards
- Collaborate with other staff to support efficient operations
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No experience required and on-the-job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- Customer service experience preferred
- 1 year of similar work experience preferred
