- Deep clean key areas, including bathrooms, breakrooms, and high-traffic areas.
- Keep cleaning equipment organized and notify supervisor of supply needs.
- Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete tasks.
- Complete all assigned tasks by supervisor.
- Perform tasks in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines.
- Maintain positive interactions with team members and customers.
- Project a positive image and serve as a role model.
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience.
- Engage customers on benefits of rewards programs and private label credit cards.
- Assist with omnichannel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
Work Environment- Ability to remain standing for long periods.
- Ability to move throughout the store.
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves.
- Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas.
