Job Summary

Aya Healthcare is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team in Snellville, GA. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the cath lab, including the setup and operation of imaging equipment.
  • Conduct diagnostic procedures, such as cardiac catheterizations and angiograms, under the supervision of a cardiologist.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the medical team.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES).
  • At least one year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
