Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced paralegal to join our construction defect litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of construction defect laws and building codes, as well as excellent organizational and research skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Case Management

  • Legal Research
  • Expert Coordination
  • Deposition and Trial Support

Requirements:

  • Paralegal Certificate or equivalent legal education required
  • 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on construction defect litigation or similar areas of civil litigation preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction defect laws and building codes is a plus

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency with case management software
  • Excellent organizational, research, and writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, experts, and colleagues
