About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Guitar Specialist to join our team at Guitar Center. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining and repairing instruments, and promoting sales of our products.
In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in instrument repair, maintenance, and sales. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
As a Guitar Specialist, you will be expected to:
- Maintain and repair instruments to the highest standards
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly
- Sell and promote Guitar Center products, including guitars, amplifiers, and accessories
To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. We offer competitive salaries and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and tuition reimbursement options.
