Key Responsibilities:

- Provide occupational therapy services, including supervision of assistants and coordination with other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
Requirements:
- Ohio OT License
- Experience in Home Health setting preferred
- Valid drivers' license and vehicle insurance
