With a strong patient base and high referral volume, Covenant HealthCare offers a practice environment that is well-equipped to support the needs of urologists.

Key Highlights:
  • Practice Setting: Join a thriving urology clinic with two procedure rooms, 20 exam rooms, and a dedicated team of support staff.
  • In-Office Procedures: Our clinic supports a range of procedures, including cystoscopies, vasectomies, prostate biopsies, and BCG bladder instillations.
  • Market Demand: Expect high patient volumes with approximately 200 referrals daily from regional networks.
Operating Room & Equipment:
  • Advanced Facilities: Operate at our primary Harrison Campus, equipped with high-watt lasers and urology-focused instrumentation.
  • Efficient Scheduling Model: Group block time offers flexibility and optimized scheduling for our physicians, ensuring consistent access to OR time.
Schedule & Call Coverage:
  • Flexible Call Schedule: Weekly rotations allow for adaptability, especially for out-of-town providers, with a goal to achieve a balanced one-week-per-month rotation.
  • Dedicated Inpatient Support: Full-time APPs provide inpatient coverage Monday through Friday, ensuring seamless care continuity and provider support.
