Position Requirements:
Educational background in healthcare administration is essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and a commitment to obtain one within five years.
Minimum Experience:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership and management experience is required, preferably in hospital administration or a clinical setting.
