About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Yamhill County, OR. As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, you will play a vital role in providing integrated behavioral health services to a diverse group of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake assessments and crisis screenings in the clinic
  • Develop and implement effective case management plans
  • Provide treatment to assigned clients and maintain accurate treatment records
  • Collaborate with an integrated behavioral health team to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a social services field from an accredited school
  • Behavioral Health Clinician: One year of experience as a Human Services Specialist I or satisfactory equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Advanced Practice Behavioral Health Clinician: Three years post-master's experience and active professional license in the state of Oregon as a Qualified Mental Health Provider (QMHP)
