Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest needs and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, storage areas, and surrounding spaces.
  • Restock and replenish supplies as needed, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Prior experience in a bartending or hospitality role is preferred, but not required.
