We are seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to join our team at Hawai'i Island Community Health Center. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising clinical duties, coordinating activities between medical staff, and ensuring the delivery of quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate clinical activities to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Work with the Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to promote a productive and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with medical providers and support staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as HICHC policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current RN license for the State of Hawai'i.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a community health center or similar setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
