Key Responsibilities- Assist in ensuring high-quality cleaning and restoration services by performing various tasks as needed.
- Set up vehicles and equipment at job sites following established procedures.
- Verify moisture presence and removal with moisture sensors and make daily adjustments to the drying plan based on water meter readings.
- Monitor loss and document readings.
- Receive work orders and schedules from our Mitigation Manager, operate power heads, connect hoses and other equipment.
- Perform fire/smoke damage repair and tasks, including water extraction, pack out of contents, and duties as directed by supervisor.
- Clean company vehicles at the end of each day and ensure proper backing procedures.
- Participate in weekend on-call duties once a month.
- A valid South Carolina driver's license, reliable transportation, and a mobile phone.
- A clean and neat appearance with strong customer communication skills.
- Ability to work in the U.S.
- A willingness to work after hours when necessary.
- Physical ability to bend, reach, and frequently lift 1-50 lbs., and 100 Ibs. with assistance.
- Physical ability to go into crawlspaces.
- IICRC and WRT certifications.
- Previous experience in floor cleaning and water restoration.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, to support your growth and success in this role.
