Race Winning Brands is seeking an experienced Dimensional Metrology Expert to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of manufactured components by programming, operating, and maintaining all plant Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dimensional metrology and experience with CMM programming software such as Zeiss Calypso. You will work closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams to develop and optimize measurement programs for CMM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize measurement programs for CMM using Zeiss Calypso software
  • Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) requirements to create measurement routines
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to understand component requirements and inspection criteria

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Engineering or equivalent certification/work experience
  • Proven experience in CMM programming and operation in a manufacturing or quality control environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex measurement data and identify discrepancies or non-conformities
