Salary

The estimated salary for this role ranges from $60.00 to $73.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, eligible employees may participate in bonus and commission programs, further enhancing their compensation package.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a critical member of our pharmacy team, modeling our values and demonstrating genuine care for patients.
  • Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing pharmacy technicians, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient service.
  • Oversee all aspects of the pharmacy, including patient safety, professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.
  • Lead with empathy and compassion, motivating and developing pharmacy support staff to maximize their strengths and address development opportunities.
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to meaningful solutions that drive growth and improve performance in the pharmacy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • An active pharmacy license in the state where employed.
  • No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
