Job Overview

The Kitchen Sanitation Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining and kitchen areas. This position is responsible for ensuring a steady supply of sanitized dishware, utensils, and glassware for the dining experience, as well as cleaning all cooking tools, pots, and pans utilized by the culinary team.


The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in a similar role being advantageous. A commitment to customer satisfaction, reliability towards colleagues, and a self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented approach are essential traits for success in this position.


This is an entry-level role with opportunities for advancement into positions such as Pantry and Appetizers. Many successful culinary professionals, including our Executive Chef, began their careers in this capacity.


Note: This position requires availability for weekend shifts.
