Sunbelt Rentals, a leading equipment rental company, is seeking a highly skilled Shop Foreman to oversee the maintenance and repair of our rental equipment. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our operations.

• Supervise and train service technicians in equipment repair and safety best practices
• Perform inspections to ensure quality and thoroughness of work
• Develop and implement processes to improve operations and reduce turnaround times
• Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless customer service
• Schedule and coordinate service and maintenance of equipment

• Trade school or college degree preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Previous supervisory experience
• 5+ years of mechanical experience in the rental industry or similar field
• Proven customer relations and communication skills
