Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team at SWT Total Car Care. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire replacements, and brake servicing.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct safety inspections and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technologies and trends.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs and offering advice on maintenance.
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Master Technician.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be insurable and have own tools.
  • Diagnostic and mechanical skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Good attitude, attention to detail, professionalism, reliability, punctuality, motivated, basic people skills, problem-solving ability, ability to follow directions, work ethic, ability to use technology.
