Responsibilities- Provide inpatient pharmacy services at a proficient level of pharmacy practice.
- Uphold the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient-centered care.
- Develop and implement pharmacy services to improve patient outcomes.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from a State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy approved institution.
- Current Pharmacist License from the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Preferred qualifications include a Pharm.D. degree and completion of an American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited residency.
This role requires sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating intermittently during the day. You must be able to see in the normal visual range with or without correction and hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Finger dexterity to operate office equipment is required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications.
