Job Title: Senior Transportation Driver

Overview:

TransForce is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Transportation Driver to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for transporting residents to and from appointments, group activities, and other destinations in a safe and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Transport residents to and from various locations
  • Enforce safety rules while traveling
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and delivered to the appropriate personnel

Requirements:

  • A valid NJ CDL License with Passenger Endorsement
  • Minimum 1 year of driving experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Clean driving record with no more than two moving violations in a three-year period

Compensation Package:

  • A competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
  • Paid Time Off

  • 401(k) with employer matching contribution

Please note that this position requires a valid NJ CDL License with Passenger Endorsement.
