About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at Experian, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to take inbound calls and assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings. You will also advocate for solutions that help consumers improve their creditworthiness.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support. You will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.

What You Will Do
Take inbound calls to assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings
Advocate for solutions that help consumers improve their creditworthiness
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
At least one year of customer service experience
Comfortable using a computer to perform operations
Pass a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, and drug screen
