At Interim HealthCare, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and clients. As a Home Health Clinical Supervisor RN, you'll play a vital role in leading our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care in the comfort of our patients' homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assure ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of the patient to ensure comprehensive care.
- Supervise paraprofessional and licensed professional team members to ensure adherence to federal and state laws, rules, and regulations.
- Use clinical decision-making to efficiently and effectively manage an assigned patient population.
- Develop and implement education plans for patients, families, and caregivers to promote patient progress toward mutually established goals.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Colorado.
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience in home healthcare, with two (2) years of management experience preferred.
- CPR Certification and knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
- Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills, and compassion.
