Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Bellman/Valet to provide exceptional service to our guests at Crystal Springs Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with their luggage as they arrive at the hotel
  • Park cars safely and efficiently, and retrieve them for guests in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to lift/carry heavy luggage
  • Ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission
  • At least 20 years old
