Primary Responsibilities:

As a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for performing sterile compounding according to company policy and regulations, including USP 797 and USP 800. You will also maintain competency related to performing sterile compounding, participate in medication management for pharmacy compounding, and troubleshoot equipment, hardware, and software issues relating to compounding.

You will work within a team to triage and respond to all compounding needs promptly and participate in completing and documenting all cleaning and monitoring activities identified for areas related to sterile compounding.

Required Qualifications:
  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Ohio
  • 1+ years of consistent sterile compounding experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm weekdays with rotating weekends)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently to solve high-stakes problems
  • Certified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) certification
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks
  • Ability to lift to 30 pounds
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders
