Job Title: Pediatric Therapy Center Manager

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Therapy Center Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pediatric therapy centers, ensuring the highest level of quality care and service to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the pediatric therapy center, including staff supervision, client scheduling, and facility maintenance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Centers and Director of Operations to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, families, and staff, ensuring a positive and supportive environment.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including client files, staff performance evaluations, and facility maintenance records.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care and services.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of business plans and strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a healthcare or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and take initiative.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and company standards, with the ability to ensure compliance.
