**Job Summary:**

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a home setting. As a Pediatric Nurse Caregiver, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and individualized care to a 17-year-old female patient with a complex medical condition.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

**Requirements:**

  • Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
